Nymph is a work inspired by Greek mythology and the natural beauty of Matsumoto, the city where I live. Surrounded by mountains, Matsumoto is rich in diverse plant and animal life, offering endless inspiration throughout the seasons.

This painting was inspired by the wisteria (fuji), one of the flowers that bloom after the arrival of spring. Its cascading violet blossoms not only bring color to the landscape but also fill the streets with a delicate fragrance.

Through this piece, I sought to combine the grace and mystery of the mythical nymph with the elegance and vitality of nature.
